The Beach House comfortably sleeps four couples sharing. The rooms are made up as follows: three queen and one king sized beds. There are three bathrooms and two are en suite. Two have a bath, toilet and a basin; one has a shower, toilet and basins. Three of the rooms are air-conditioned and the fourth has a ceiling fan. All four rooms have independent TVs with streaming services, plus fibre. The beautiful, large, fully equipped open-plan kitchen has a stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, crockery, and cutlery. The open plan living area has a panoramic view of the ocean. There is safe and convenient parking directly outside the unit.

The Beach Apartment has two separate air-conditioned bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed. The family bathroom consists of a bath with hand shower, toilet and basin. The open-plan, fully equipped self-catering kitchen comprises of a stove, microwave, fridge, kettle, toaster, cutlery and crockery. The living area has a TV with streaming services, plus fibre. This leads onto a private balcony with panoramic sea views, and spectacular African sunrises. There is safe and convenient parking directly outside the apartment.

Situated on the outskirts of Durban, it is a mere 15-minute drive to Durban city centre, the International Convention Centre, the Moses Mabhida sports stadium, Wilson’s Wharf, Botanical Gardens, uShaka Marine World and Durban’s main beaches. It is also only a stone throw away from the city’s premier restaurant mecca, Florida Road. The Durban July is a National horse racing event held at Grayville Racecourse annually.
